Programme overview
Performance Review Skills for Managers is designed to help managers prepare for, structure and deliver effective performance review conversations. The programme explores the role of performance management in supporting both individual development and wider organisational success, with a focus on the manager’s role throughout the year — not just at the formal review meeting.
Participants will learn how to prepare for performance review discussions, set meaningful objectives, give constructive feedback and manage challenging conversations with confidence. The programme also provides practical guidance on questioning techniques, review meeting structure and handling difficult situations, helping managers create more productive, fair and development-focused performance conversations.
