Programme overview

The Introduction to Lean Thinking program is a highly interactive, practical one-day workshop designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of Lean. The program focuses on building a clear understanding of how Lean improves efficiency, reduces waste, and increases value for customers. Participants will gain practical tools and techniques they can immediately apply within their own work environment to improve processes, productivity, and team performance.

This immersive one-day program combines short theory sessions, group discussions, real-world examples, and hands-on learning. A key highlight of the day is the Lean Simulation, which brings Lean concepts to life by allowing participants to experience the impact of waste, flow, standard work, and continuous improvement in a safe, engaging environment.

By the end of the program, attendees will be equipped with actionable strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
