Programme overview
This programme is designed to equip non-HR managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle common grievance and disciplinary issues in the workplace. Participants
will learn how to proactively identify and manage potential conflicts before they escalate, and ensure understanding of the relevant legislation.
