Programme overview

Emotional Intelligence for Strong Leaders is a practical one-day programme designed to help leaders develop greater self-awareness, confidence and emotional control in challenging workplace situations. Whether leading a small team, managing change or making decisions under pressure, emotional intelligence plays a key role in how leaders respond, communicate and influence others.

This programme gives participants the opportunity to assess their own emotional intelligence, identify their natural strengths and explore practical ways to lead with greater clarity, consistency and authenticity. Participants will examine how emotional intelligence supports effective decision-making, motivation, resilience and relationship management, particularly during times of pressure, resistance or uncertainty.
