Recruitment Interview Skills for Managers is a practical one-day workshop designed to help managers, supervisors and team leads conduct more effective, structured and fair interviews. The programme focuses on the key skills required to identify suitable candidates, ask appropriate questions, assess responses and manage the interview process with confidence.
This interactive workshop combines practical frameworks, discussion and skills practice to help participants apply the learning to real interview situations.
