Programme overview
This interactive 1 day workshop equips participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively map and analyse business processes using Lean principles.
Through hands-on learning and a process simulation, participants will gain practical experience in identifying waste, improving flow, and creating value-driven process maps
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the training programme, participants will:
A completed current state and future state process map developed through
simulation
Clear understanding of how to identify and eliminate waste in real-world processes
Enhanced capability to lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives in their organisations
Confidence in using Lean mapping tools(SIPOC, process flowcharts, and value stream maps)
An action plan or roadmap for applying process mapping techniques to their own work environment
Improved collaboration and communication skills for engaging cross-functional teams in mapping sessions
A deeper appreciation of how process mapping supports continuous improvement and customer value delivery
