Programme overview
HR Reimagined: Strategic HR with ChatGPT is a three-session programme designed to help HR professionals understand and apply AI in everyday practice. The course looks at how tools like ChatGPT can support recruitment, learning and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement, while keeping ethics, data privacy, and inclusivity at the centre.
Across the sessions, participants will work with practical exercises such as creating inclusive job descriptions, simulating coaching conversations, and generating reports from employee data. A diagnostic tool helps identify how ready an organisation is to adopt AI, and a library of HR-focused prompts is provided to make day-to-day use more straightforward.
With input from HR practitioners and SME leaders, the programme combines strategic insight with hands-on activities, ensuring participants leave with tools they can put into practice straight away in their own organisations.
