The course has been designed to examine the key aspects of people management and provide practical guidance on how to take a holistic approach to improving team performance.

Our Managing People course looks at the role and responsibilities of a manager, along with the key management techniques you need to achieve results.

We cover all aspects of managing and motivating teams, such as effective communication skills, team building and performance management. This course is a balanced blend of theoretical learning with discussions and practical activities to build your confidence.
