The aim of this Preventing Burnout Program is to provide leaders & workers with a better understanding of what burnout is. They can learn some invaluable techniques to stave off burnout and help them in their professional and business growth journey.

Burnout is a state of physical and emotional exhaustion. It can occur when you experience long-term stress in your job, or when you have worked in a physically or emotionally draining role for a long time.
