Managers and Team Leaders have a significant effect on the sustainability of improvements made in the workplace. This Performance Review course has been designed to give you the skills you need to help your team work more effectively.

Our practical, Performance Management workshop examines the key aspects of performance review and provides practical guidance on how to take a holistic approach to improving the performance of staff.

Course topics include understanding the probationary period, understanding performance management, the performance management conversation, including pre & post prep and guidance on dealing with difficult conversations. We also explore the importance of effective communication and common pitfalls as people managers.
