In the modern workplace stakeholder / client engagement is a vital skill for employees at all levels. This workshop provides participants with a practicable programme with actionable strategies to support best practice in client / stakeholder interactions.
This workshop covers a diverse range of topics from identifying stakeholder dynamics, trust building, developing effective communication strategies, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques and methods that support the evaluation of stakeholder client relationships.
